In September 1993, Alain Cludts took over a small bookkeeping office. This office was extremely successful from the very start, with an annual growth of 15%. In October 1994, it was decided to establish a company in the form of a BVBA. It started looking for a larger building to purchase straightaway. With the new building it was possible to fully develop the activities involved in a trust company. In order to optimalise all the data to be processed, it was decided to completely renew the computer systems in 2004. The equipment is evaluated every year and anything that needs renewing is replaced. This ensures that the equipment is always sufficiently up to date to remain competitive. The office has now reached maturity. The team consists of a secretary bookkeeper, a tax specialist bookkeeper, a bookkeeper and the company manager and accountant.
