Our OBLIGATIONS (1)

  • We are subject to the terms of professional confidentiality. Nothing we have discovered during our professional activities can ever be passed on to third parties.

  • However, we cannot be complicit in fraud.

  • We do not have any rights to your documents. Your complete file and all your documents must be returned to you at your first request. This rule also applies for bookkeepers and company auditors.

  • The fees must be determined depending on the nature, importance and scope of the task, taking into account the responsibility taken and the special powers we are given.

  • We must follow permanent professional training to improve our professional expertise, amounting to a minimum of 40 hours per year.
